Ramirez was optioned to Triple-A Tacoma on Monday.
Ramirez joined the Mariners' bullpen for their weekend series against the Blue Jays and allowed two runs on two hits and no walks while striking out three in two innings during his lone appearance. He'll head back to the minors after Paul Sewald was reinstated from the paternity list.
