The Mariners signed Fulmer to a minor-league contract Tuesday.
Fulmer had been released from his minor-league deal with the Royals this past weekend but has quickly landed a new contract. The 32-year-old has allowed three runs over 5.2 innings in the big leagues this season and holds a 3.98 ERA and 68:24 K:BB over 54.1 frames at the Triple-A level.
