Gilbert's night was over after 97 pitches and his strong effort was spoiled the very next inning after JT Chargois gave up a two-run blast to Jose Siri. Gilbert owns an impressive 3.09 ERA, 0.90 ERA and 172:31 K:BB in 171.2 innings and lines up to face the Athletics on Monday as part of a projected two-start week.
