Seager is out of the lineup Sunday against the Royals due to right elbow soreness, Ryan Divish of The Seattle Times reports.
Seager has apparently been playing through the injury the past few games, and he'll receive a day to rest up Sunday. The 33-year-old should be considered day-to-day while Dylan Moore takes over at the hot corner for Seattle.
