Lewis (knee) was activated from the injured list as expected Tuesday and will make his season debut against the Dodgers.

Lewis has been out with a knee injury since he collided with the outfield wall in late March. He should occupy an everyday role in center field and in the heart of the Mariners' order now that he's ready to go. Braden Bishop was optioned in a corresponding move.
