Segura left Monday's game after apparently injuring himself while diving back to first base, Bob Dutton of The Tacoma News Tribune reports.
Segura was replaced by Taylor Motter after exiting the game in the fourth inning. He should be considered day-to-day until the Mariners update his status, which should happen sometime after Monday's contest.
