The Mariners are expected to place Moore on the paternity leave list, Ryan Divish of The Seattle Times reports.
Moore is in Monday's lineup against the White Sox, so it appears the move won't occur until after the game. Leonardo Rivas and Jhonathan Diaz have joined the Mariners' taxi squad and it sounds one of them will join the active roster as Moore's replacement.
