Canzone is not in the starting lineup for Friday's game against the Mets.
The lefty-hitting Canzone, who was activated from the 10-day injured list Thursday, will begin Friday's contest on the bench with the Mets sending left-hander Jose Quintana to the mound. Mitch Haniger will start in right field and bat seventh.
