Orioles third baseman Manny Machado can't run the bases or slide yet, according to MASN.
Machado has been cleared for everything else, so this isn't necessarily a set back. He's hoping to be fully cleared for games by mid-March. In the meantime, the team will also attempt to limit his side-to-side movement at third. Machado is recovering from offseason knee surgery.
Machado hit .283/.314/.432 in 667 at-bats last year.
