The Mets promoted reliever Josh Edgin to Triple-A Las Vegas Tuesday, ESPN reports.

Edgin carried a 7.88 ERA through five relief appearance at Double-A Binghamton. He allowed 10 hits and walked five while striking out 10 in eight innings of work out of the bullpen.
