Ramirez went 2-for-6 with a home run, a double, two RBI and two runs scored in Wednesday's 8-7 extra-innings loss to Minnesota.

The 28-year-old swatted a solo shot in the first inning and added an RBI double before scoring on a wild pitch to tie the game in the ninth. Ramirez has shown decent power and speed in August with five home runs, two triples, six doubles and three stolen bases in his last 17 contests. For the year, he's slashing .254/.338/.536 with 27 long balls, 75 RBI, 77 runs scored and 14 steals through 461 plate appearances.
