Ramirez (shoulder) is not in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against the Royals.
Ramirez missed both halves of Monday's twin bill after exiting Sunday with a right shoulder injury. It remains to be seen if he could be available off the bench Tuesday, and he can remain considered day-to-day until Cleveland provides an update. Oscar Mercado draws the start in left field.
