Naylor isn't starting the second game of Wednesday's doubleheader against the Padres.
Naylor drew the start in Wednesday's matinee and went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBI. Franmil Reyes will serve as the designated hitter while Ernie Clement enters the lineup at the hot corner in the second game.
