The Guardians optioned Aleman to Triple-A Columbus on Sunday.

The move comes after Aleman's last outing against the Twins on Saturday, when he allowed four runs on five hits while striking out one batter in two-thirds of an inning. Connor Brogdon was recalled from Triple-A in a corresponding move.
