DeLauter (wrist) is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Tigers, Tim Stebbins of MLB.com reports.
DeLauter is considered day-to-day while he manages a right wrist sprain and will be kept on the bench for a second straight game. With DeLauter taking a seat, the Guardians will use Jo Adell in right field and Steven Kwan at the designated-hitter spot.
