Bericoto was placed on the 10-day injured list Monday due to a bone bruise in his right knee, Shayna Rubin of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Bericoto suffered a knee injury during Sunday's matchup and was forced from the game, and the team has since determined that he'll require a trip to the injured list. Grant McCray, who was promoted Monday, and Jonah Cox could see more opportunities in the corner outfield spots with Bericoto out of commission.
