Blach will start Saturday against the Dodgers, Amy Gutierrez of CSN Bay Area reports.
The Giants announced after Friday's game that Blach will make the penultimate start of the regular season -- his second career start at the major league level. Blach will have his work cut out for him as he'll be opposing Dodgers ace Clayton Kershaw, although the Los Angeles lineup has had some major issues against lefty pitchers throughout the campaign (league-worst .633 OPS).
