Huff cleared waivers Saturday and was outrighted to Triple-A Sacramento, Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
Huff was DFA'd on Wednesday, but he'll stick around the Giants organization as catching depth. The veteran backstop posted a .599 OPS with two homers and four RBI over 58 big-league plate appearances before being removed from the 40-man roster.
