Pederson was placed on the 7-day concussion injured list Friday.

This news was announced after some games had already started Friday, but fantasy managers should try to get Pederson out of weekend lineups if possible. He still has a headache and has had a concussion once before, per Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle. Jason Vosler was recalled to take his place on the active roster and LaMonte Wade will start in left field.
