Susac (back) has started his swing progression and has been throwing on flat ground out to 105 feet, Justice delos Santos of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
Susac is also scheduled to begin a running progression later this week as he continues to ramp up his activities. The rookie catcher is working his way back from a lower-back strain and it seems he can be ruled out through the All-Star break. A timeline for Susac's return to the active roster could come to light later this week.
