The Dodgers designated Mills for assignment Monday.
Mills lost his spots on the 40-man roster and 26-man active roster after the Dodgers needed to clear room for catcher Hunter Feduccia, who was acquired in a trade with the Rays on Monday. The 31-year-old right-hander has made six appearances out of the Los Angeles bullpen this season, logging a 5.68 ERA, 2.21 WHIP and 5:9 K:BB in 6.1 innings.
