Kahnle (forearm) threw 25 pitches in a bullpen session Friday, David Vassegh of AM 570 LA Sports reports.
According to Vassegh, this was Kahnle's third bullpen session since he landed on the injured list in mid-May. The veteran reliever underwent Tommy John surgery in August of 2020 and has pitched in only four games since, so Los Angeles is likely to bring him along slowly. Kahnle isn't expected to return to the big club until early September.
