The Dodgers optioned Gervase to Triple-A Oklahoma City on Wednesday, Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic reports.

Gervase was added to the roster earlier this week but did not appear in any games. He's being replaced by Kris Bubic (shoulder), who was activated from the 60-day injured list.
