Turner (hand) is out of the lineup Sunday against the Pirates, J.P Hoornstra of the Southern California News Group reports.

For the second day in a row, the Dodgers will be without their power-hitting third baseman. Rob Segedin will start at the hot corner and be batting eighth Sunday. According to MLB.com's Ken Gurnick Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said that Turner is noticed improvement with the swelling in his right hand, and a DL stint isn't being considered at this time. Turner could return to the lineup as soon as Tuesday's series opener against the Phillies.
