Turner returned from a four-game absence due to a shin injury. The Dodgers played it cautiously with the veteran third baseman, slotting him in at designated hitter and pinch running for him after he singled in the ninth inning. Still, the fact that he was able to return to the lineup bodes well for Turner's ability to play every day in the postseason.
