Pederson (concussion) said he felt fine after a workout Monday, but does not know when he will be cleared to go on a rehab assignment, Bill Shaikin of the Los Angeles Times reports.
He is without a timetable to return, but it is encouraging that he is feeling good after physical activity. Chris Taylor will continue to start in center field against right-handed pitching in his absence.
