Cleavinger (forearm) was activated off the injured list Thursday.
Cleavinger has made eight big-league appearances this season, posting a 4.50 ERA and 2.00 WHIP over six innings of relief. He'd been sidelined nearly a month with left forearm inflammation but is now ready to give the Dodgers an additional left-handed option in the bullpen. Luke Raley was optioned to Triple-A Oklahoma City in a corresponding move.
