Phillips (elbow) was reinstated from the 60-day injured list Monday.
As expected, Phillips will be available for Monday's series opener against the Rockies after being activated off the shelf. He's yet to appear in a game this season while completing his rehab from Tommy John surgery, and while he could eventually work into a high-leverage role, the club is expected to ease him back into action after appearing in only seven games during the 2025 campaign.
