The Dodgers optioned Casparius to Triple-A Oklahoma City on Wednesday.
The return of Blake Treinen (hip) from the IL will send Casparius back to the minor leagues after just three days in the majors. The 25-year-old righty didn't appear in a game during his stint with the Dodgers, though he could still be a depth option down the stretch after posting a 3.54 ERA and 1.21 WHIP through 56 frames with Oklahoma City.
