De La Rosa (elbow) is scheduled to start Friday's game against the Giants, Jack Magruder of Fanrag Sports reports.
This is great news for De La Rosa and for the Diamondbacks, as the young starter had been on the disabled list since late-May with this elbow injury. The right-hander is expected to be on a strict pitch limit, so his upside for Friday's tilt is fairly limited, but it's good to see De La Rosa get back into game action before the season's conclusion.
