Pederson hit a two-run home run in Monday's 7-6 win over the Guardians.
Pederson entered the game with one out in the top of the eighth and gave his team the lead with a two-run blast off Scott Barlow. It was Pederson's sixth career pinch-hit home run, and in the process, he became the first Diamondbacks player with go-ahead homers in the seventh inning or later in back-to-back games since 2013. The 32-year-old has caught fire as of late with five home runs and 12 RBI over his last nine games.
