Segura left Tuesday's game under his own power after getting hit in the head by a 96 mph fastball, MLB.com's Steve Gilbert reports.
He was down on the ground briefly, but quickly got up and walked off while being replaced by a pinch-runner (Michael Bourn). The fact that he was up quickly and able to walk off under his own power is encouraging. Segura was hit in the head by a pitch in May of 2015 and dodged a concussion, so hopefully the same holds true this time around.
