Diamondbacks starting pitcher Daniel Hudson, who is working his way back from Tommy John surgery, is expected to throw 50-55 pitches when he throws in an extended spring game Friday, according to The Arizona Republic. Hudson threw 46 pitches in a simulated game Saturday.
Hudson is projected to be out until the All-Star break in July, but the paper suggests Hudson might be back before the end of June.
