Hoerner contributed early in the blowout win, launching a solo homer to left field in the first inning. It marked the 29-year-old's first long ball since Aug. 4, as he slashed .287/.309/.333 with eight RBI, seven runs and five stolen bases during the 22-game homer drought. On the year, Hoerner is hitting .263/.319/.362 with eight homers, 62 RBI, 55 runs and 22 stolen bases across 135 contests.
