Hendricks (3-10) took the loss Monday against Minnesota, allowing two runs on five hits and one walk over six innings. He struck out five.
Despite reaching double-digit losses for the third time in his 11-year career, the veteran right-hander posted his third quality start of the season in this 93-pitch outing. Hendricks handcuffed the Twins lineup and tallied five or more punchouts for the fourth time in 2024. Overall, the 34-year-old has pitched to a 6.60 ERA, 1.45 WHIP and 65:27 K:BB across 91.1 innings. His next time on the mound is scheduled to be in Cleveland.
