Davidson (forearm) was added to Atlanta's World Series roster Wednesday.
Davidson sustained a forearm injury since mid-June and was unable to return to game action during the second half of the season, but he began a rehab assignment in early October. The southpaw generated a 3.60 ERA and 1.15 WHIP in 20 innings across four major-league starts during the regular season and should be in the mix to serve as a starter in the World Series after Charlie Morton (lower leg) was removed from the roster.
