Biggio cleared COVID-19 protocols Monday and began baseball activities, Kaitlyn McGrath of The Athletic reports.
Biggio has been on the COVID-19 injured list for the past week and was reportedly experiencing symptoms. It looks like he'll be able to return within the next few days, though he'll need a day or two to get sharp again before being activated.
