Manager Joe Espada said Thursday that Trammell (neck) remains in the concussion protocol, Chandler Rome of The Athletic reports.
Trammell was placed on the 10-day injured list Thursday due to a cervical muscle strain that he suffered Wednesday, but he also suffered a concussion. The 27-year-old will be eligible to be reinstated Aug. 31, but a longer absence wouldn't be surprising given the nature of his injuries.
