Altuve has been held out of action since experiencing discomfort in his heel while legging out a bunt single Saturday at Dodger Stadium. There's no indication that he will require a 10-day IL stint, but Mauricio Dubon is getting another start at second base for the Astros in Tuesday night's series opener against the Cardinals.
