Paredes (hamstring) is out of the lineup for Friday's game against the Twins, Matt Kawahara of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Paredes sustained a left hamstring injury during Thursday's game while trying to beat out a double-play ball. The issue will keep him out of the lineup for Friday's series opener against Minnesota. Mauricio Dubon will fill in at third base.
