Ohtani went 2-for-3 with a three-run homer, two walks, and two runs scored in Wednesday's 8-7 win over the Rockies.
Ohtani reached base in all but one plate appearance Wednesday, starting with a base knock in the first. He came around to score that inning to give the Angels their first run of the game. The 26-year-old then delivered his league-best 37th home run in the fourth. Ohtani has an extra-base hit in four of his last five games and has seven RBI over that span. He's slashing .280/.367/.591 with 37 homers, 81 RBI, 72 runs scored, 14 steals and 45:119 BB:K over 392 plate appearances.
