The Angels signed Rivero to a minor-league contract Monday, broadcaster Chris Harris reports.
Rivero, 26, slashed only .186/.239/.249 in 75 contests between Double-A Mississippi and Triple-A Gwinnett in the Atlanta organization in 2024. He saw some brief action at the major-league level with the Royals from 2021 to 2022.
