The Angels outrighted Edwards to Triple-A Salt Lake on Monday.
Edwards was designated for assignment Saturday after struggling out of the Angels bullpen to begin the 2025 campaign. He'll now report to the club's Triple-A affiliate after failing to draw interest on the waiver wire.
