Rendon went 1-for-4 with a solo home run during Wednesday's 8-4 loss to Oakland.
The 30-year-old brought the Halos within one run during the sixth inning with his solo shot to center field, but the offense was unable to muster any more scoring. Rendon has struggled finding base hits early in the season, but he has a 25 percent walk rate and went 5-for-11 with homers in all three games of the series against the A's.
