Bears' Kiran Amegadjie: Plays in preseason
Amegadjie (leg) played in the Bears' second preseason game against the Bills on Sunday.
Amegadjie sat out the team's first exhibition contest versus the Dolphins with a leg injury suffered during practice. In his return against the Bills, the 23-year-old played 33 snaps on offense and five on special teams. The second-year player is competing with Braxton Jones and rookie Ozzy Trapilo for a role on the offensive line, per Courtney Cronin of ESPN.

Bears' Kiran Amegadjie: Sidelined by leg injury
Amegadjie was unable to practice Saturday due to a leg injury, Courtney Cronin of ESPN.com reports.
Amegadjie is competing for a role along the Bears' offensive line, though he looks to be losing out to rookie Ozzy Trapilo. There aren't many details about his injury, but any missed time won't help his chances of earning playing time.

Amegadije (calf) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Packers.
The 2024 third-round pick from Yale has yet to return to practice after sustaining a calf injury in the Bears' Week 8 loss to the Commanders, and he'll now miss his third consecutive game Sunday. Matt Pryor will likely serve as Chicago's third-string left tackle in Amegadije's stead in Week 11.

Amegadije (calf) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Patriots.
Amegadije is now in line to miss his second game in a row Sunday due to a calf injury likely sustained in the Bears' Week 8 loss to the Commanders. Chicago will be without three of its top tackles in Amegadije, Braxton Jones (knee) and Darnell Wright (knee) in Week 10. Expect Larry Borom and Matt Pryor to serve as the Bears' top left and right tackles, respectively.
