Chargers' Ladd McConkey: Limited by calf injury
McConkey (calf) was limited at practice Wednesday.
While recording a 58 percent snap share in the Chargers' Week 8 win over the Vikings, McConkey caught six of of a team-high 10 targets for 88 yards and a touchdown. The wideout -- who has put up a 43/468/3 receiving line in eight contests to date -- now has two more chances to upgrade his participation level in advance of Sunday's game against the Titans.

Chargers' Ladd McConkey: Logs TD grab in win
McConkey secured six of 10 targets for 88 yards and a touchdown in the Chargers' 37-10 win over the Vikings on Thursday night.
McConkey paced the Chargers across the board in receptions, receiving yards and targets on the night, and his 27-yard, in-stride touchdown reception just before halftime served as his third scoring grab of the season. After a lackluster four-game stretch between Weeks 2 and 5, McConkey has come alive with a combined 22-255-2 line on 34 targets over the last three contests. The second-year wideout has a good chance of carrying over his momentum into Week 9, as a road date with the vulnerable Titans defense is on tap Sunday, Nov. 2.

Chargers' Ladd McConkey: Season-high nine grabs Sunday
McConkey caught nine of 15 targets for 67 yards in Sunday's 38-24 loss to the Colts.
The second-year wideout set new season highs in targets and receptions, although the increased volume didn't result in increased production -- McConkey finished third on the Chargers in receiving yards behind rookie tight end Oronde Gadsden (7-164-1 on nine targets) and Keenan Allen (11-119-1 on 14 targets), while Quentin Johnston was on the other end of Justin Herbert's third TD. It's been a disappointing sophomore campaign so far for McConkey, but he's posted a 21-206-2 line on 31 targets over the last three games, giving him momentum heading into a Week 8 clash with a Vikings secondary that just surrendered a combined 13-304-3 line to A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith.

Chargers' Ladd McConkey: Catch-and-run crucial in win
McConkey caught seven of his nine targets for 100 yards and a touchdown in the 29-27 win over the Dolphins on Sunday.
McConkey's 42-yard reception on the final possession with under a minute to go was the catalyst for the game-winning field goal just three plays later, but the second-year wideout benefitted significantly in the absence of Quentin Johnston (hamstring) by leading the team in receiving yards, targets and receptions for the first time this season. This kind of workload could be the status quo for the foreseeable future as Los Angeles struggles to deal with a litany of injuries, whether to rookie running back Omarion Hampton (ankle), Johnston or a bevy of injured offensive lineman.
