Dolphins' Jamaree Salyer: Avoids major injury
Coach Jeff Hafley said that the injury Salyer (undisclosed) sustained during practice Wednesday won't be a long-term issue, Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com reports.
Salyer was carted off the practice field Wednesday, so it's relieving news that he avoided anything too serious. Hafley also said that Salyer may miss practice next week, which could open the door for rookie sixth-rounder DJ Campbell to get more meaningful reps at guard.

Dolphins' Jamaree Salyer: Leaves practice field on cart
Salyer (undisclosed) was carted off the practice field after suffering an injury Wednesday, Chris Perkins of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
It's not known at this time exactly what kind of injury Salyer sustained, but it looks like it could be something serious. His not being available would be a severe blow to Miami's depth on its offensive line, potentially leaving rookie sixth-rounder DJ Campbell as one of the top backup options at guard.

Chargers' Jamaree Salyer: Limited at practice Wednesday
Salyer (hamstring) was a limited participant at practice Wednesday, Eric Smith of the Chargers' official site reports.
Salyer was sidelined for the last two games of the regular season after suffering a hamstring injury in Week 16 at Dallas, and he's still not at 100 percent as the Bolts' preparations for their wild-card matchup at New England begin. He'll probably have to participate in full at practice Thursday or Friday to avoid carrying an injury designation into the weekend.

Chargers' Jamaree Salyer: Doubtful for Week 18
Salyer (hamstring) is doubtful for Sunday's game against the Broncos.

Chargers' Jamaree Salyer: Progressing, unlikely for Week 18
Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh said Wednesday that Salyer (hamstring) is "trending in a really good direction" but isn't expected to be available for Sunday's regular-season finale against the Broncos, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports.
Harbaugh said, "it doesn't look like [Salyer will] be able to go this week" versus Denver but offered optimism that the starting left tackle could be available in the first round of the AFC playoffs, with the Chargers still capable of falling anywhere from the No. 5 to the 7th seed. With Harbaugh previously announcing Los Angeles will rest key starters in Week 18, it will be Trey Lance who has to operate with either Austin Deculus or Trevor Penning protecting his blind side on Sunday.
