Bears' Kyler Gordon: Limited Thursday
Gordon (hamstring) was limited in Thursday's practice.
Gordon has yet to play this season, but a limited practice to start the week out of the Bears' bye would seem to give Gordon a good chance to play Monday night against Washington. Gordon typically covers the slot for Chicago.

Bears' Kyler Gordon: Participates in Tuesday's practice
Gordon (hamstring) was spotted on the field during the media-access portion of the Bears' practice session Tuesday, Courtney Cronin of ESPN.com reports.
Gordon missed the first four games of the regular season due to a hamstring injury that he picked up during training camp in mid-August. His ability to participate in Tuesday's unofficial practice is a positive sign for the 2022 second-rounder, and with the Bears on a bye for Week 5, he could make his 2025 debut in Week 6 against the Commanders on Monday, Oct. 13.

Bears' Kyler Gordon: Won't play against Las Vegas
Gordon (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Raiders.
Gordon will miss a fourth consecutive game due to a hamstring injury that he sustained in mid-August. With the Bears on a bye for Week 5, Gordon will have additional time to rehab from his injury and make his 2025 regular-season debut in Week 6 against the Commanders on Sunday, Oct. 13. Nick McCloud will continue to see additional work out of the slot cornerback position in Gordon's absence.

Bears' Kyler Gordon: Could return in Week 4
Gordon (hamstring) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Raiders.
The Washington product was sidelined for Chicago's first three games this season due to a hamstring injury. However, he upgraded from a DNP on Thursday to a limited practice session Friday, suggesting he's trending in the right direction ahead of Sunday. Gordon is expected to serve as the Bears' top slot corner if he returns in Week 4. If not, expect Nick McCloud to start in Chicago's secondary.

Bears' Kyler Gordon: DNP on Thursday
Gordon (hamstring) did not participate in Thursday's practice.
A mid-August hamstring injury has kept Gordon sidelined for the Bears' first three games of the regular season. He's unlikely to play against the Raiders on Sunday unless he can practice in at least a limited capacity Friday. Nick McCloud should continue to see additional snaps in the Bears' secondary for as long as Gordon is sidelined.

Bears' Kyler Gordon: Misses practice Wednesday
Gordon (hamstring) did not practice Wednesday.
Gordon has missed the first two games of the season, and coach Ben Johnson said Monday that Gordon is considered week-to-week. With Jaylon Johnson (groin) expected to miss the entire season, Gordon's absence is huge for a Chicago secondary that has been picked apart by J.J. McCarthy and Jared Goff in back-to-back games to open the 2025 campaign.

Bears' Kyler Gordon: Deemed week-to-week by coach
Chicago head coach Ben Johnson considers Gordon (hamstring) week-to-week, Scott Bair of Marquee Sports Network reports.
Gordon has already missed the first two games of the campaign with the hamstring issue, and it sounds like he's at risk of sitting out again Week 3. Nick McCloud has been starting in the slot for the Bears and will likely continue to do so until Gordon can return to action.

Bears' Kyler Gordon: Missing more time
Gordon (hamstring) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Lions.
Gordon is now in line to miss his second consecutive game Sunday after logging three consecutive DNPs during the Bears' week of practice due to a hamstring injury. The fourth-year corner from Washington impressed in 2024, recording 75 total tackles, including 0.5 sacks, and five passes defended over 15 appearances.
