Kings' Maxime Raynaud: Solid showing in SL win
Raynaud totaled 12 points (6-12 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 0-2 FT), seven rebounds and one assist over 24 minutes in Saturday's 98-88 Summer League win over the Raptors.
Raynaud's numbers weren't flashy, but his contributions helped propel the Kings to the Summer League title game. The rookie second-round pick has been managing wrist soreness but has otherwise put together an impressive and intriguing summer.

Kings' Maxime Raynaud: Will play Wednesday
Raynaud (wrist) is available for Wednesday's Las Vegas Summer League game against the Cavaliers, Brenden Nunes of KHTK Sactown Sports 1140 reports.
After sitting out Monday's matchup with the Suns due to right wrist soreness, Raynaud will return to action Wednesday. The rookie second-round pick should see heavy usage against Cleveland. Raynaud posted 16 points (6-11 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds, two assists and one steal over 26 minutes during last Thursday's 84-81 Summer League win over the Magic.

Kings' Maxime Raynaud: Out with wrist soreness
Raynaud is out for Monday's Summer League game against the Suns due to right wrist soreness, Sean Cunningham of Fox 40 Sacramento reports.
The rookie big man suffered the injury in Saturday's win over the Bulls, and he can be considered day-to-day going forward. Wednesday's clash with the Cavaliers marks Raynaud's next opportunity to play while he looks to make an impression for the Kings this summer.

Kings' Maxime Raynaud: Adds 16 points in victory
Raynaud totaled 16 points (6-11 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds, two assists and one steal over 26 minutes during Thursday's 84-81 Summer League win over the Magic.
Raynaud was impressive on the offensive end, doing damage both in the post and from beyond the arc. He was one of four starters to finish in double figures but was the only one who didn't commit a turnover. Thursday's performance was a promising start for the No. 42 overall pick out of Stanford.

Kings' Maxime Raynaud: Inks deal with Sacramento
Raynaud signed a two-year, $3.42 million contract with the Kings on Thursday, Michael Scotto of USA Today reports.
According to Scotto, both years of the deal are fully guaranteed, and the contract includes a $2.53 million club option for 2027-28. The Kings selected the seven-foot center with the 42nd overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft after he averaged 20.2 points, 10.6 rebounds, 1.9 three-pointers, 1.7 assists, 1.4 blocks and 0.9 steals in 33.4 minutes per game over 35 appearances with Stanford during his senior season.

Kings' Maxime Raynaud: Selected by Sacramento
Raynaud was selected by the Kings with the No. 42 overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft.
Raynaud didn't start playing basketball until his final year of high school, making his continued progression as a player even more impressive. He had a monster year at Stanford in 2024-25, averaging 20 points, 10.5 rebounds, 1.7 assists, 1.4 blocks and 0.9 steals per game while shooting 35 percent from deep on 5.5 attempts per contest. The Kings have Domantas Sabonis as their starting center and Jonas Valanciunas as the backup, but Raynaud should find a way to see minutes in the rotation. He isn't expected to do much in fantasy in the early stages of his career, but he might be a prospect worth stashing in some formats if he finds a way to crack the rotation on a steady basis.
