Aces vs. Fever schedule: Game times, where to watch and what to know about WNBA playoff semifinals
A trip to the Finals is on the line in Tuesday's winner-take-all Game 5

The semifinal series between the Las Vegas Aces and Indiana Fever will head to a winner-take-all Game 5 on Tuesday night after the Fever kept their season alive with a hard-fought win in Game 4. Of the six series thus far in the 2025 WNBA playoffs, four of them have gone the distance.
Aliyah Boston led the way for the Fever in Game 4 with 24 points, 14 rebounds, five assists, two steals and two blocks. She also went 10 of 13 from the free throw line in the process, and both took and made more fouls shots than the Aces as a team (8 of 11). A'ja Wilson and Becky Hammon both called out the officials after Game 4, and the refs figure to be a big topic heading into Tuesday night.

Before the season, no one would have been surprised by a semifinal matchup between the Aces and Fever, both of whom had aspirations to contend for a title. A few months ago, however, when the Aces were below .500 and the Fever were without Caitlin Clark and mired in an injury crisis, it seemed improbable.
The Aces suddenly flipped a switch and closed the regular season on a 16-game winning streak to earn the No. 2 seed, while the Fever won five of their final seven games to not only clinch a playoff berth but jump to the No. 6 seed. Both teams had to go the distance in the first round, but advanced after thrilling Game 3 wins over the Seattle Storm and Atlanta Dream, respectively.
The Aces, who won the title in 2022 and 2023, are looking for their third trip to the Finals in the last four seasons. On the other hand, the Fever haven't been to the Finals since 2015, when they lost in the Finals to the Minnesota Lynx.

Game 5 prediction
I've picked the Aces in every game of this series, and I'm not going to stop now. The Aces are 20-6 at home in the regular season and playoffs combined this year and have the best player in the world. Las Vegas' supporting cast has also been markedly better at home than on the road in the postseason. Chelsea Gray, Jewell Loyd, NaLyssa Smith and Dana Evans have averaged a combined 35.3 points on 50.5% shooting at home, compared to a combined 24.8 points on 45.1% shooting on the road. They should give A'ja Wilson and Jackie Young the help they need to get back to the Finals. Pick: Aces-8
